We'll have a price fixed "family style" lunch with soup; spring roll; five entrees; rice; and tea/cookies for $12 per person.

- Hal Tufty's idea for a one-year pilot program to increase the use of Value Engineering (VE) for: federal agencies, to expand the use of VE nationally, and create more jobs in VE for government employees and VE consultants
